| Refunds and Cancellations |
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Subscriptions can be cancelled (withdrawn) at any time with the "Withdraw" button under "Account management" on your dashboard (My Page). There is no minimum contract period. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: access ends when the withdrawal is confirmed, and the remaining days of the current billing period cannot be used. No prorated refunds are provided. A withdrawal cannot be undone; a new subscription is required to use the service again. |
